Zoom provides advanced tools designed to enhance video playback, but they sometimes have the opposite result. If your video continues to be distorted, open Zoom while not in a meeting and select the Settings gear , then choose the Video tab and select Advanced to adjust these options.
Make sure the correct camera is chosen and that the box beside Turn off my video when joining meeting isn't checked. Reinstall Zoom. If you're using the mobile or desktop versions of Zoom, uninstall the program and redownload it from the Apple App Store, Google Play , or the Zoom website. Alternatively, you can try using the web version.
If you're still having trouble with your camera in Zoom, you can still participate in meetings with your microphone or by dialing-in to Zoom.
